GALWAD - Monday 26 September - live from Swansea Beach. Photo Kirsten McTernan 121.jpg

The story of GALWAD was told over a week across multiple digital and broadcast platforms, with daily live-streamed performances, culminating in a 90-minute live broadcast from Blaenau Ffestiniog in North Wales. Theatre production was combined with TV broadcast techniques to produce a thrilling real-time story which took the viewer on a journey across contemporary Wales.

Viewers were guided through the story by fictional journalist, Tomos, on a daily blog which collected all the evidence of messages from 2052 and reported on Efa's journey across Wales as she and her friends responded to the unfolding story. Explore Tomos' blog here.
